MSI GTX 980 Gaming fans problems

Hello

I'm not able to let both fans running with programs like msi afterburner, precision x or gpu tweak from asus. It only let 1 fan spinning.

The only program that let both fans spin is MSI independant controller but i can't costumize the fanspeed along with the tempertures it only has 2 options, Auto or manual.

Could someone tell me if this is normal that both fans aren't spinning with programs like msi afterburner, precision x etc?

Yes that's normal as the MSI GTX 980/970 turns off one or more fans if its at a low enough temperature. I think there might need to be some driver tweaks before Nvidia can allow users to control the fan speeds and set profiles.

YES but the problem is that when i use msi afterburner or smt similar and i let it speed up to 100% its only 1 fan that's spinning

I've heard it's a known issue with this card. Contact customer support. Something about a misplaced sticker, not sure.
