MSI GTX 980 Power Connection

Hi i have msi gtx 980 gaming graphic card and im going to install it and my question is 8 pin power supply connection enough for it or i put 16 pin because there is 16 pin in the graphic card and im going to make SLI bridge so is it enough for each graphic card 8 pin power supply connection.

You should always provide a card with whatever it's designed to take, in this case two 8pin connectors.

As Mapesh5 says.
If there are 2 8pin power connections for 1 card connect 2 8 pin connectors.
In SLI if there are 4 power connectors (2 on each GPU) connect 4 power connectors.

if it has 2x 8 pin connections, it needs 2x 8 pin connections, if your psu doesn't have 4x 8 pin then you probably shouldn't be running SLI on it.
