Msi gtx gaming 970 4gb

I am going to purchase gtx msi gaming 970 4 gb....
Will it go according to my pc specs:
I7 920 processor
Dx58so pcie 2.0 mobo
2+2gb ddr3 ram
4gb ddr3 ram

And my also curious about stuttering at 1080p and the issue of 3.5gb vram
...I need this card to play future high end games like fallout 4,ac syndicate,gta 5 at ultra settings..

How many watts is your PSU? Also it might be a good idea to get a better processor like an i5 4690k and some more RAM so you have 8 GB. If your PSU is too weak you'll also need to upgrade that.

600 psu..I just want to upgrade my card at the moment...are the specs okay to run this card ?
And my ram is 8gb only but it's split up in 3 parts 2+2+4gb

Wait, the processor is a little slow for it, maybe a 960 strip would do better.
