MSI GTX750 Ti TF OC 2GB in a Asus CM6431

Hello guys i wanted to ask if i can install an MSI GTX750 Ti TF OC 2GB on a Asus CM6431 desktop.
Specs:
RAM - 6GB
PROCESSOR - Intel(R) Core i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40 GHz
POWER SUPPLY (not sure) - 350 W peak
GRAPHIC CARD - Nvidia GT 740 4GB (i had to install a new one, that´s why i dont have the normal gt 640)
If i cant install this graphic card, what´s the best for gaming on this machine?

The 350W OEM PSU should be fine for the 60W card. And since the GT 740 was recognized by the BIOS, the GTX 750 Ti should be too.
