MSI GTX760 VGA No Signal message?

GTX760 Vga No Signal message on monitor but my all fans are working? Is my VGA dead. my computer works fine on onboard vga.
if power unpluged from my vga it cleary shows please input power message though.

Fans spinning are no guarantee of "working", or "dead.

With a generic 500W PSU (which may or may not be capable of adequately powering a 760 anymore), it's impossible to say.

The only way to say with any degree of certainty, would be to try the 760 on another system with a known working, quality PSU
OR
Try your system, with a replacement known working, quality PSU.
