I have the MSI Gungnir 110M Case and the stock front fans. I have a MSI mpg x570 motherboard (and a ryzen 5 5600X) and I see in MSI Center and in UEFI, that the fans are jumping around in RPM and sometimes dip to 0 for just a split second.
Looking at the fans and listening, they don't actually seem to stop, plus they are fully lit with a steady RGB pattern and I'd say if they actually disconnect, you would see a flicker at least.
I made sure they are on PMW (at first I had them running at DC, cause Bios set them to that at first), also had the same issue when it was on a different sysfan header.
So I'm wondering if anyone has that case and has seen that behaviour too. I think maybe it's just some sensor BS or something that makes the programs think they turn off, since it looks as if they work fine.
It's not as new as the Mobo and CPU, but I just bought it in November.

Here's a video of the Board Explorer where it shows disconnect (when the lower of the 2 fans goes dark):

No, you wouldn't.
RGB lights and fan motor are powered separately.

Good to know, still looking at each of them separately it also does not look like they slow down, but of course I have no clue how fast a fan would slow down and how much the eye can catch, to my eyes they look as if they keep spinning, even when they dip.
