I have a MSI Gungnir 111M that has the default three front fans and one rear fan. The MSI H510M Pro motherboard has one system fan connection for power. The case came with two, 3-way splitters for the fans; one for power and one for RGB control. Can I split the three-way connection one more time to include the rear fan?

Mind sharing a picture of the connectors you're working with? Keeping all connectors aside, I'd avoid splitting into a splitter since that can and will lead to some issues with either the device or the connector in the long run.
Another question is, why pair an matx motherboard in an atx chassis? You're left with a lot of unused space in the case.
