MSI h110m Gaming Motherboard Red CPU led - EZ DEBUG

I have used my computer for around a year with my current specs. I recently moved my pc to another room. It was working perfectly before I moved it and I changed nothing before plugin it back in. I have done everything from restarting to taking apart the whole system and rebuilding checking every part for defects.
The cpu fan is running along with everything else. I can hear the hard drive boot up but the card gives no display output and same for the motherboard outputs.

SPECS:
Motherboard: h110m Gaming MSI
CPU: core i7 7700k
GPU: GTX 1060 GB
Ram: 2 sticks of 8gb DDR4
