MSI H110M, No video signal. HELP!

Today I bought H110M PRO-VD motherboard, Pentium G4560 processor and Crucial 8 Gb 2133 ram memory. I have connect everything according to the instructions, and made sure
that each of the components suport each another. Also i made sure that all parts are properly installed (RAM memory, Cpu, Fan, Power suply, Pins,..)

My problem:
I do not get video signal out of VGA output.

When i power on the motherboard:

1) CPU fan starts to spin

2) When RAM memory is on the motherboard: Red LED from +DRAM turns on (solid) and after 6-7 seconds it turns off. I do not get any sounds from the speaker.

3) When i take off the ram and power on the motherboard without ram: The Red LED from +DRAM turns on and stays turned on even after 7 seconds. And the speker beeps 3 times.

4) I have tried to insert a Video Card (Asus rx 470 4 gb oc) but i do not receive a video signal on my video card also.

Please help.
I want to know what could be the problem: RAM memory or CPU. Or is something else making problems.

G4560 is Pentium "Kaby Lake" CPU. The H110 Chipset motherboard requires a 6th Generation CPU "Skylake" processor to flash BIOS to newer version to use that CPU.

I suggest you exchange motherboard for Intel 200 Series Chipset model.
