MSi H110M PRO-VH ez debug led dram to cpu and back

I have mobo as in title, hyperx fury 8gb ram, intel core i5-6500, aerocool vx-600 psu and gtx 970
When i boot pc, dram led is lighting for 3-4 seconds, then switches to cpu for 0,5 secs and then back to dram. And this is endless. Plugging or unplugging videocard changes nothing. I have only 2 slots for ram but inserting ram to any slot cause same things. If i unplug ram, it only lighting dram.

And also, i will say that:
Before, i assemblied it and it worked ok for a hour maybe. Then image on screen stuck (not black screen, not BSOD), and keyboard with mouse stopped working.
Then i just unplugged and plugged some cables and it worked again for a hour maybe again.
Then the same things as before(stuck image, not working keyboard and mouse) and after unplugging and plugging cables its not working.

And also RAM fell on floor before assembly.(but all worked as i described before and then stopped working at all)

Clear the CMOS by the jumper.
Then using onboard iGPU+cpu+cooler only, boot the PC.
Most likely the PC will boot but you will get no RAM and no boot device error. If you got the error, shut down the pc, and add the RAM, then boot the PC to see what happens. If the PC can boot again with the RAM, then plug in the HDD, boot the PC. If it can boot, and this time you add the gtx970 to see the PC works or not. You can do this so on to add the rest hardware one by one, and you will find out what problem is from.

I forgot to say that with ram it just doesnt turns up or writes anything to screen, and mouse and keyboard dont lighting. But i will try that anyways few minutes later

Try other RAM, that RAM may have problem.
