lights come one, fan spins, but no beep and no video output. Removing the Ram causes it to beep a few times. adding in the 1050 we are doing the build with doesn't seem to change anything.

We are using a VGA cable and plugging it into the motherboard

The RAM we are using is Avexir Core Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200)

Here are links to all the parts we are using

Did we do some type of parts mismatch? Some people have suggested updating the BIOS but I don't see how I could do that with the state it is in.

Thank you

We did try it with just 1 stick and it gave the same result. I'm trying to decide if we should return the RAM in favor of 2133 RAM

Ok, unfortunately I don't have any spare ddr4 sticks. I guess we will see if we can return it.

when a situation like this happens i like to return parts after i know they are not working, here you aare not sure

could be the ram or could be any other thing

could you post a picture of the pc, the mainboard, could be a matter of a cable not connected

I will try to get one a bit further away so you can see better

you haven't installed the gpu?

i don't see clearly the cpu fan connector, should be the one on theright side on the top, right?

is it only with 1 ram module correct?

have you tried to remove all the power leds and buttons and just try to connect the power button?

are you connecting to the mainboard gpu via what cable?

that waterblock, for a i3, isn't too much?

We took the GPU out for now because we don't have a monitor that can hook to it. we are plugging into the back of the motherboard. In this image we have reinserted the second RAM stick but we tried it with just one. We have tried with just the Power Switch and the reset switch but not just the power switch. We are trying it with a VGA cable on a monitor that we know works with that. Yeah it probably is too much but he wanted a watercooler so we went with it.
