I have MSI H170A gaming pro MB running Win 10 home (64 bit). Ethernet use to run very well 60-80 Mbps download speed. Now max download speed is 5-12 Mbps, upload has not changed (5 Mbps). Tried updating drivers no help. Connected a laptop and same Ethernet cord and get 60-80 Mbps. Greatly appreciated any help. --DL

Maybe the hardware ( network adaptor) has problem. Or virus or other malware, because If your computers is infected by virus or other malware, they will begin generating network traffic without your knowledge.
