MSI H170A PC MATE wont boot up

I recently switched cases my computer was in and once i decided to do a test boot the ez debug cpu light flash and the cpu fans spins real quick and stops. The computer was working completely fine before but now i have this problem. CPU, cooler and ram were all left on the mobo during the switch.

i5- 6500
stock cooler
MSI H170A PC MATe motherboard

8 pin EPS cable plugged in? Standoffs used in correct number and positions?

Might have been standoffs when I took mobo off two standoffs werent correct and they even took force to remove from case. Thanks for help.
