Unless you want to upgrade & overclock your CPU, then no. I would keep that board, and put any additional money towards say the GPU.

You'd also want to consider upgrading the board if you want faster memory.... but for gaming, the performance gain is negligible, especially given the cost of another board.
Functionally, with a locked CPU sku and RAM speeds at 2666MHz or less, it'll perform functionally equivalent to any other 300 series motherboard with the same CPU and RAM.
Thanks :) And would it be better to upgrade to a better mobo in the future or just leave it and upgrade other componets?
