I just want to know how to enter BIOS on this MOBO, because i don't see anything while booting.

What happens about your PC ? Slow-booting, or something else?

Its not my PC , its my friend's.
I dont see any sign while is booting, only A3 at the right bottom corner, after that msi sign and windows is booting up.
But I wanted to install windows 7 on it because it had windows xp.And I did it.
