Hi. I grab very nice set. Msi H77MA-G43 mobo, 2x4 gb ram and 3 rd gen i3. Help me to check, that mobo. Cpu temps on idle looks nice 30 - 40 C°. Im bit worrying with voltages, and fintek shows high temps on open hardware monitor(i think): #1 -52°c, #2 - 44°c, #3 - 27°c. I wanna upgrade to i7-2600k, add extra ram, and better cooler for budget build gaming, work pc, but just bit worrying, if something wrong with mobo, so Im gonna return it.

Solution
Not abnormal for a single CPU core to reach higher temperatures then the others. Just means that CPU has a load on it and the others might be idling.

Anything up to about 80C is perfectly fine for everyday use.

If you are concerned run a common CPU benchmark like Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, Prime95, etc. Check the temps under load.

But CPUs temps have little to do with motherboard health. You would want to see the VRM, Chipset, and a few other temperatures. Try a tool like Hardware Monitor.
