MSI H81-P33 vs. MSI H81-P33 V2

Hi I'm looking for budget motherboard to oc g3258. I'm little confused now, cause I see different price range:

MSI H81M-P33 ~38$;
MSI H81M-P33 V2 ~60$
So it about 20$ different, so buy V1, or V2, or there is no difference? Which is better for oc'ing?

Buy the MSI h81m e34 if you can. $50 and it's the same board as the p33, except the e34 has a usb 3.0 header and the p33 doesn't.
