MSI H81i Mini ITX motherboard - Bios problem

Cant view the settings on the bios.(cleared CMOSb ut that didnt do anything) . Motherboard is not detecting the new hard drive and GPU I installed for my Girlfriends computer (checked on device manager).

Im struggling to find out what to do and get this solved.

It looks like a corrupted BIOS or a bad video card/chip. State the system's specs. BPU, m/b, CPU, PSU ,etc.

Specs: intel pentium G3258 cpu/ AMD R9 380 Sapphire gpu/aerocool inteegator 500W psu/western digital 320gb hdd/msi h8li 1150 lga mini itx motherboard.

Uninstall the gfx card and try it with the iGPU. If the problem is still there, I would suspect the motherboard (BIOS) is the issue. New board? Still under warranty?
