and i have manual from it and i connected power switch, reset switch, hdd led but i did not connected power led, because on MB i have two free pins for power led connector and my power led connector is with 3 holes and ofc 2 wires. here is pic so you can see.
and i did not connect speaker connector because in my manual i did not find place to connect it.
my power LED connector

Looking at your manual, it looks like the speaker goes into JFP2. As for the power LED, I would look for an adapter. You could cut the plastic in 2 pieces then plug the 2 parts onto the correct pins. Just make sure you get the positive on the correct pin. Or you could just do without it. You could still turn & off the computer but there would be no LED indicator. The same for the speaker. It is not really needed for operating the computer.

LED is not so importnt, but speaker is, when bios does that BEEEP error alarms i could not hear it 🙁 and i try to connect speaker to JFP2 and i did not hear any sound from it. on all other PC-s i used there was always that BEEP sound when i started PC. and yesterday i put new MB, CPU and RAM im my case and nowhere connected that SPEAKER connector and there is no that sound when i started. half hour ago i connected that to JFP2 and still no sound...i don't know where is the problem
