Question Msi h97 gaming 3, blue led flashing

Hi all,
I come back from holy days and my pc don't turn on, simply seems dead. No fan moving, no sound. Nothing. If I keep pressed the power button a blue led start flashing. From the last time I don't Install anything and it work fine, I assembled if 4 years ago and if work fine for all the time

reset the BIOS
replace the BIOS battery

Which power supply are you using?

Eventually replace the power supply with a good one

No, still same. I remove the video card too and ram. The led still flashing without bios battery. I don't understand the meaning of that led, there is no reference in the guide.
