The fatal1ty boards are beastly. Plus z97 will let you oc, h97 not so much.

one can blow up shoot sparks snap in half and has bad quality control (MSI) i know this from experience

the other is made by a respectable company that makes awesome budget boards without cheaping out on components and has awesome customer support
