MSI H97M-G43 Super-Charing port

Hello.

I have a question about combo MSI H97M-G43 with Cooler Master Silencio 352 case.

Silencio case has front USB 2.0 together with SD card reader on a single USB header.
Can I connect it to the super-charged USB front header on the MB (red colored header) without damaging card in a reader due to higher current?
