This is the card I picked for my build. Bad choice. Seems to be DOA. What can I do to test it before I send it back Win 7, 600 W, ASRock Z77 Extreme 4, intel core i5 3450,crucial 16 GB. The disk will not download drivers, It downloads After burner but then fails to initialize. The monitor reports no signal.

to follow up...I finally had to RMI the card...It was replaced and now works fine...customer svc was good...My next question is how do I know if this is a great card...it works...ie the fan turns on and the DVI signal works but it still looks like the signal from My Intel on board svc...what am I missing?
