Yes as you can see i posted in this forum asking about the Asus or Abitraid mobo.
Well after looking at several posts in forums and checking out some sites. I notice many people are recommending the MSI K7T-Pro2A for it's easy of overclocking and stabilty.

Plus I notice the Price is just awesome.
I heard great things about the Asus and The AbitRaid though. But there a little more and for the raid thang I probably never use it.

I want to know on this MSI K7T-Pro2A does it has overclocking easy like abit's softmenu3?
Also what is this having sound onboard? Can i use my SoundBlaster Live Value.
What is this turbo version i hear about. So this MSI K7T-Pro2A doesn't have them via 133mhz memory thang?

One last question you think i should get this Board? Saving cash is great but i want a board that is worth saving the cash.
HAVE I FOUND IT IN MSI K7T-Pro2A?

What is the Msi6330K7T Pro?

What is the difference in the A?

Oh i can't find no reviews on any sites though. Just the version without the a.

Any got sites that review this new A version?

You know why i love this place Ars because you will get a answer fast, quick and very intelligent.
It's the best damn tooting place to get info on computers.

Thanks again. Have a Happy Holidays.

The only difference between the Pro2 and Pro2A is that the Pro2A uses the new VIA 686B southbridge, which has support for ATA-100.

The board has no dip switches, it has an Abit softmenu3-like interface.

You can use your soundblaster instead of the integrated sound card.

I'm not sure what you mean by: What is this turbo version i hear about. So this MSI K7T-Pro2A doesn't have them via 133mhz memory thang? If you clarify a bit I can probably answer you.

Did I miss anything? If I did, the answer is probably here: http://www.anandtech.com/showdoc.html?i=1374. This is the best comparison of socket A mobos that I've found.

I think that the MSI K7T Pro2A is the best socket A mobo out there now. It's the most stable board, overclocks as well as an Abit (you can even overclock it while in Windows), and it performs as well as an Asus. This is the board to get.

The A in the msik7t pro2a uses the new via south bridge that supports ata100.
I just purchased this board, and from everything I have read about it, you can't go wrong.
Stability and great performace, plus easy overclocking in the bios.
Close the L1 bridges on your Duron or t-bird and overclock in the bios.
I am going to use my sound blaster live value, disable on board sound in bios. Just like my fic az11. The on board sound is okay, but if you have the sound card you might as wekk use it.
