Besides the msi board having a few more features what are the practical differences in these boards?

Is the msi board worth an extra $35-$45 or so you guys think?

Has anyone used either of these boards and know how they perform?

What about the companies that make them?

GOD, the newegg description for the K8N neo sucks.

1)The K8N has more audio-out options, including digital coaxial and optical, and supports 7.1 sound, the VNF3 only supports 5.1, and then only via 3Xmini jacks, 2 of which reside on an external card you have to install.

2)The K8N has a gigabit lan connection with built-in firewall, which DOES NOT saturate the PCI bus, the VNF3 has plain vanilla fast ethernet which goes through the PCI bus

3)The K8N has built in firewire, as well as mobo headers for cases w/a firewire port.

4)The k8N has more usb ports, and more internal headers for case usb ports.

5)The K8N supports mixed-raid between SATA and PATA hard drives, and has 4 SATA slots. The VNF3 has 2 SATA slots, and supports raid for them only.
