Question MSI Laptop Battery rapidly drains to 0 after startup

I have a brand new MSI GF63 Thin and it seems to be having some issues with the battery. When ever I take it off charging and power it on, the battery will read as full, but shortly after the battery will rapidly drain to 0 and the computer shuts down and wont turn back on until I charge it fully again. I calibrated the battery and that seems to have slowed the drain, but while typing this I have lost 15% in about 10 minutes. Trying to google solutions just brings up a lot of suggestions to calibrate the battery but since Ive done that already Im wondering if theres any troubleshooting I can do to see if the battery is bad or theres something else wrong. I havent contacted them yet because I wasnt sure if its something I can get help from them for and was hoping I could figure it out myself. Should I just go ahead and contact them?
