What happens is kinda weird, I basically will load into a game play it for a while and then it will gradually become unplayable.

I'm also certain that it is not a temp issue. The temps stay the exact same throughout the entire gameplay session.
 
Solution
are you sure thats your RAM when you lose FPS? do you have a monitoring app that you can display while you are gaming? or you can just use HWinfo and show graph sensors for cpu temps/freq speed/voltages. you can also add RAM usage.if you dont know how to add it ingame, just run the graphs in the background while you are playing. and alt+tab.
