Hello everyone,
I recently bought the MSI GS73VR 6RF, and everything worked fine for a month, until i booted up my laptop and i noticed the LEDs where not turning to the colour i set them to, and i can't get them to change ever since. i noticed this has been a problem on MSi laptops for years, but appearantly still no fix.
I can change the brightness in SSE3 but not the colours.
I have tried the following:
1. Downloading the steelseries engine from the MSI website / and tried the most recent version.
2. Reverting the windows keyboard drivers / updating them.
3. MSI's Dragon Center, doesn't do anything at all.
4. Updating the firmware of my laptop to the latest version.
I really want this fixed as this is annoying me for months now, and i can't send it to MSI because i need it for school from monday-friday.
