Question MSI Laptop reaches 80c with max fans and makes cpu time really high and always lags and fans never turn off even if like 30c.

I have a MSI Bravi 15 C7V purchased 2 years ago, has a 4060 32gb ram and on a changer, when i play games ex: COD my temps go high even though max fans on, it reaches 80c and then the CPU time goes 20 times as high as it should be.

2022 MSI Bravo 15 C7V, 53.5Wh, 2 yrs old, like new, bought new, 1 disk 1tb nvme, 75% full, on windows 11 no changes made.
