Msi Lightning 780 or Asus DCU2 780?

Just sold my two 7970's and im trying to decide what i want to get next. I need some opinions guys, really stuck on decided whether to buy the Lightning 780 or the DCU2 780. Not worried about the price difference just looking for an opinion on what you guys think is better! I will be over clocking.

lightning 780 offers more overclocking headroom, its designed for it - they bin the higher quality chips for it, the asus will run cooler and quieter in general, but will offer the same overclocking potential as any normal chip.
and I think they are just a few dollars difference between the 2. the lightning's price has gotten cut big time lately.
I have an MSI twin frozr 780 and have it boosting to 1241 core and 7000 memory and hit 83 in a small case, so it really is just luck of the draw.
