Msi live update 6, h55m-e33 bios update not progressing [SOLVED]

Hi,
Trying to update bios to latest version using msi live update 6 for my h55m-e33 mobo. And its not doing anything for about 20 minutes. What do i do next?

Can you manually update/flash the BIOS? <--M-Flash...?

I dont underatand the question, technicly i guess i can but im asking what to do next with this stuck update proccess? Taskmngr and to close it?

Ive restarted the computer and after a couple of bad boot ups it seems like everything is working and the bios was actually updated. Thanks.
