MSI LU 6 won't update

I have a MSI GTX 960 graphics card and have used MSI Live Update 6 to updater the graphics card's BIOS. Now when I start up my computer it says "A new Live Update 6 version (6.1.014) is now available. Install now?". When I hit yes it starts but immediately stops and the updating window closes, if I try to scan for an update through the MSI LU 6 (which I still can open) it does not respond, and I have to close the program.

Uninstall the program and don't even bother using it. Completely remove it, remove the nvidia drivers with DDU and then download a new driver from Nvidia's website and install it. Don't bother using "3rd party" applications to install drivers for your GPU. After all it is extremely easy to update them through the nvidia panel or nvidia website. Also the gpu doesn't have a bios, all it has are drivers.
