First time building a PC and new here,

MSI Meg x570 Ace
AMD Ryzen 9 3900x
Trident Z Neo 32GB 3600Mhz (F4-3600C16Q-32GTZNC)
Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 Super
Samsung 970 Evo Plus M.2 NVMe 1TB SSD
Samsung 860 Evo 1TB SSD SATA
Evga 850 GA
Corsair Crystal 570X Mirror Black

Windows running fine at default Bios ram at 2133MHz. All updates of windows, bios, chipset, GPU drivers have been completed.

Both GSkill and MSI QVL confirm compatibilities.

I tried turning on XMP to recognize maximum speed of rams at 3600 but computer won't boot. So I tried manually lowering it to 3466 16CL and computer boots fine and windows working fine.

But since I'm not utilizing maximum of 3600 of rams I paid for, just wondering if this is a common thing. Will they be running at advertized speed if I OC the CPU?

Thanks in advance for your help!

UPDATE:
With XMP on, manually changed ram frequency to 3200mhz, and then 3466mhz and was able to boot. But system experienced reboot during game plays and MemBench returned errors. Slowly increased CPU SoC Voltage in Override Mode at 1.0625 V and was able to boot the system at 3600mhz. But MemBench kept returning errors. Slowly raised DRAM Voltage to 1.36, 1.37,,,to 1.39 and now everything seems to be stable. No errors from MemBench as well.

I'm down with trying more voltage; no -you shouldn't have to, but in this case it might get it to work. You can always return them and get new ones, but thats a pain

Most likely need to boost SoC Voltage as CPU IMC may be overloaded. Manually set DRAM Frequency to DDR4-3200/3466 to see if it can be more stable.
Thanks. I was able to boot with 3600mhz with XMP on and raising CPU NB/SoC Voltage to Override Mode at 1.0625V. But running a MemBench returned a couple of errors in thread 14 in about 2 hours...

What should I do next?

I slowly increased DRAM Voltage to 1.36, 1.37,,,,and found 1.39 to be stable for the setup. MemBench is not returning any error at this point. Thank you!
