MEG Z790 ACE MAX support iGPU and quicksync?​

Many top of the line motherboards do not have video outputs (HDMI/Display Port) to use with iGPU.

I have the MSI MEG X670E Ace and it does not have HDMI/Display Port but one of the USB-C ports is designated for display support - needs a USB-C to DPort adapter.

The MSI Godlike and ASUS Apex do not have any video output capability. I have read that quicksync should still work with a CPU with iGPU.
