Question MSI MGP b550

My network is connected via cable but it says it has no internet acces. The weird thing is it is working fine on my laptop when i use the exact same cable.
What could the problem be?

Drivers probably.

Try going on the motherboard's website and download the network driver manually.

Hmm, I just tried that and restarted my PC, but it still didn't work.
