MSI mobo help!

I was going into my MSI K9A2 CF-F board's BIOS to manually set the timings on my Mushkin DDR2 800 (#991523) , and I ran into this.. When I go into DRAM timing mode, it gives me a few options:

Auto
DCT0
DCT1
Both

What is DCT0/1? Which should I choose? I have 2x 512 sticks installed on my computer. Thanks.
