Question Msi mobo not detecting LED strip.

I connected my 4pin RGB 5v led strip to my cooler master AIO hub in the ARGB port, the LEDs DO turn on BUT i cant control it with the motherboard like i can the AIO (The LEDs just say 1 color (in this case its blue) and wont change.)
any ideas?

Mind sharing the model of the Coolermaster AIO? Last I checked, RGB devices aren't going to work on an ARGB port or controller. To add, you're also going to need to mention the model for your MSI motherboard, otherwise we're going to guessing what you have to work with.
