Question MSI Mobo only boot at 2133mhz with 32GB 3000mhz installed

Hello I cannot seem to figure out how to get my system to boot at 3000Mhz. All ram is the same, i have used the cmos button, I have reset bios and updated. I cant seem to get the computer to boot at 3000Mhz instead of 2133. Are there settings somewhere that i am just not seeing? I have tried changing the Dram frequency from auto to 3000 but it just wont boot with those settings.

Use XMP settings in the BIOS.
