So I made a horrible mistake of using live update to update my bios instead of using M-Flash to do so, my computer works but it will randomly freeze.(It worked well for about a month before I updated the bios) So, how would I go about rolling back on bios versions to either use that previous version that works, or updating from the previous version to the current version using M-Flash?

Hello... Typically you will WANT to run the latest BIO's for a MB... AND there are very very FEW times this does not work well... after a BIO's update the MB hardware setting will be set to "Default" safe settings... And you will need to look them over for your best performance settings (save&exit)... Did you try to read/adjust your memory/MB performance/CPU setting in the BIO's screens for your Hardware?

I've already tried setting my mobo to default settings in the latest bios, the problem is that I used MSI Live update to install the bios through windows mode which is something you do not want to do. As a result of doing so, my computer has a problem with random freezing. And I haven't enabled xmp or gameboost to try and adjust my hardware. In short, the problem was caused by updating the bios

Hello... OK... I got to start with the basic questions... there are a lot of settings in there that affect performance.
1) Well you need to perfectly ID the MB version And the BIO's version you want from the MB WEB site and DL the .rom file to a HD.
2) Format a USB stick to FAT32 and copy the .rom file to it.
3) boot into your BIO's and Locate the BIO's flashing screen/app and direct the .rom file to the APP to Flash the MB.

Just did that, I'll see if it helps with the random freezing my system gets.

I know the m7 has a multibios feature, I'm not sure about the m5 however, could you show me perhaps?

I looked through my manual and I didn't see anything about a dual bios feature, I may be wrong, but could you show me where it says it?
