Question MSI Motherboard Chipset having Broken RGB Firmware

After Recently Running a alternative for MSI Mystic light known as MSIRGB. it damaged many parts of my operating system as my motherboard was Incompatible. After resetting The operating system it appears to have brought back my keyboard and mouse controls. But it appears my Chipset is damaged? Should I reflash my bios. Am I screwed?

System specs:
Ryzen 5 5500 @4.52Ghz
16gb DDR4 3800Mhz
MSI B450 Bazooka Wifi Max
MSI Gaming X RX580 8gb

Mobo replacement.

You can try, but BIOS will not "fix" chipset.

Am I screwed?

I'd say so.

Also, that's what i'd call life's tax (some call it stupid tax).

After Shorting A connector and rebooting a few times Its back?
So The Firmware is Undocumented And if Damaged again like that and im not lucky with the JT1 short Im actually screwed

From where you got the info to short the JT1 pins? Moreover, which pins you did short? There are from 4 to 20 pins in JT1 connector.

Better question would be: Do you even know what JT1 connector does? Or how to use one?
Shorting pins in JT1 connector is not the proper way to use JT1 connector.
