MSI Motherboard dead?

I received a MSI H97M-G43 yesterday brand new from Amazon. I set it up with an i5-4670k and configured and updated drivers today. During a BIOS update using MSI's live updater, presumably from 2.4 to 2.5, windows crashed giving me an error code I neglected to write down.
The computer will turn on, however the screen remains blank saying "No signal" from the HDMI port. I have tried clearing the CMOS and following this: https://service.msicomputer.com/msi_user/support/techfaqdetail.aspx?formid=3046

However it still doesn't work and the computer will not reach the bios or further.

Any ideas?

If you follow the MSI recovery BIOS method, can you go into the BIOS or not? If you still can't go into the BIOS, you should contact MSI, you send the MB to them for the BIOS chip replacement.

Cannot reach the BIOS at all. A free replacement has been offered luckily, so I guess I can't complain.
