MSI Motherboard Error Codes

Hi all,
When I first turn on my computer, there is a black screen with codes flashing in the bottom right. The codes are 99, 9c, and 2a. I can still boot into my PC, and all seems stable. I purchased this motherboard with a new CPU early this summer. I have an Oculus Rift plugged into the only two 3.0 ports in the back. The front panel 3.0 ports are not currently working. Specs below.

Xeon E3-1231 V3
MSI Z97 PC Mate ATX
R9 290 from Gigabyte
Corsair 650 Watt Bronze PSU
8 gigs of Corsair RAM

On other forums says you should try to remove every USB devices, and then try to boot. If it still, try to remove your soundcard/GPU.

I can boot no problem. No tricks required. Seems stable in Windows. Can play games, ect.
