To start, here is my build:

My power went out recently while I was on my computer. Everything beforehand was working fine. When I turned it back on, it was stuck at the initial "A2" screen. This has happened before, unfortunately, so I guessed that if I took my graphics card out, it would start up normally, which it did.
I just recently upgraded from the R9 290X to the 390X and it has been running smoothly until now. The 290X also ended up taking a dump on me. These recent problems with both graphics, are making me wonder if I have have some sort of motherboard problem or I'm just plain unlucky.
Another theory I had was the PSU. I looked up the PSU recommendations for the 390X and it's recommended I have a 700w PSU while I only have a 600w. I'm not sure if that would cause this though. See here for PSU recommendations: http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm
I am now currently just using the Motherboard.
If you guys have any suggestions or answers, they are greatly appreciated. Thanks
