Question MSI motherboard HDMI port not working even after activating igd dual monitor

As title says the hdmi port of my msi mobo doesn't work. The point is that I've already tried activating igd dual monitor but it still doesn't do anything. If I try selecting IGD as graphics adapter I can't still get video output with the hdmi port and I have to reset the bios. The only port that works is my dp on the gpu. Can anyone help me, please?
CPU: i7-8700k
Mobo: MSI z370 Gaming Pro Carbon
GPU : MSI GTX 1070 Ti

Have you tried installing Intel HD graphics and enabling the dual monitor setup in software? (In your case its UHD 630)

The only port that works is my dp on the gpu. Can anyone help me, please?

Why don't you use DVI->HDMI adapter and connect your second monitor to graphics card instead?
