MSI Motherboard (MSI H67MA-E35 B3) went out. Need a drop-in replacement.

I'm looking for possible drop-in replacements for a dead motherboard.
The MSI motherboard quit powering up (I've replaced the PS and Switches).
This is my elderly parents machine, and it has their information all saved on it, so I'd like a drop-in replacement to get them going again (plug the new PS and drives in, and boot-n-go).

Since this is such an old MB, I can't find one for a reasonable price. Is anyone aware of a good MB with the intel H67 chipset that would mostly drop in? Or a would a H81 chipset MB drop in OK? (like the (H81M-P33)

No, You'd need a LGA 1155 board.
