MSI Motherboard not booting to BIOS

Hi, I'm having issues with a motherboard I got recently. I wasn't expecting it to work at all since I just got it for five dollars, but it does power on once it's set up in my PC. The issue is that it won't boot to BIOS, so I'd like to see if I can fix it at all. I'm currently trying to clear the CMOS. The motherboard is an MSI 970 Gaming. Thanks in advance.

At only $5 it will almost certainly be faulty somewhere - - - it's anybody's guess where the fault lies.
