MSI motherboard overvoltage prevention

Hi,
I take care for several computers using motherboard MSI H110M PRO-VD s.1151 and OS Windows 7, 64B. Overvoltage protection creats problems for me. The city electricity power going down very often. Every time I have to resume computers in very boring way - open cover, reset BIOS and etc.
Can you tell me please, how to manage with this problem.

I'll send to you the brand and model on Tuesday, 2 of March. But now I think the described problem appears because computers are in network and the network itself supposed to be protected against electrical shock.

Hi, my power supply is Mtech ATX switching power supply, model :ATX-500.
