MSI motherboard question

is the "msi Z77A-GD65 gaming" worth the money? i know its only like $140 USD. but i could save money and get something a little cheaper. thoughts?

Does the "msi Z77A-GD65 gaming" provide you with any capabilities that a cheaper Z77 board does not? Extra PCI-Ex16 3.0 slots that you'd use? Extra USB 3.0 ports you need? Extra SATA6 ports? Audio chipset? What does this board give you over any other board and do you need it?
