[SOLVED] MSI motherboard serial number

Hi, I tried to contact MSI headquarters so they can find me a solution for my microphone problem.
The problem seems built in.
The agent was asking for Serial number or a product number.
I have an old Core2Quad computer, that is why the barcode sticker is damaged.
How can I find the serial / product number ?

which version of windows is installed?
The BIOS should know it, you can run a command in win 10 to find it

1. Go to Search, type cmd, and open Command Prompt.
2. In the Command Prompt, enter the following command and press Enter: wmic bios get serialnumber.

"to be filled by O.E.M"
CPU Z I tried but couldn't find it

Is this a laptop?
was this in a dell or Lenovo or Toshiba Or Acer or none of the above?

I know the product number starts with a 2 digit number, then it has a 3 letter code for the OEM, there are more numbers but they aren't as obvious. Not 1 code for all dells for instance

Serial number code be on back of the board, or on a sticker near ram slots.

Colif, it's a desktop, unfortunately it is custom made.
I didn't buy brand new from the manufacturer.

I saw who made them and thought it might be laptop, I didn't look.

Perhaps someone else will have an idea I couldn't find.
