So.. My MSI H67MA-E45 (MS-7678) motherboard is running as 55 up to 70 degrees! So im wondering if there's anyway to cool it down to 40 or so? My PC case is all open on my desktop so there's no problem with air.. Also I got i7 2.7k 3,5GHz not OC'd CPU.
How many case fans you have and open case for better air isnt better cuz it dosent make turbulence effect like with closed case for instance there are allways atleast one fan pushing air in and the other pulling out in the back what makes this turbulence effect to cool hardware down. but still 55-70 degree spike is too high fo mobo i think adding extra fans is only option to cool mobo down i think. even than i dont know exact ur mobo but still any motherboard shouldnt run so high temp at all .cuz any mobo ive had havent went over 40C on full load
So my Motherboard is MSI H67MA-E45 (MS-7678) and you are sayin i should buy more fans? and close the case to get more turublence? I don't have anymore fans than the CPU fan..
Rlly? So there is nothing to cooldown ur system, that is why u get so high temps on mobo cuz it wont cool down itself by magic. u need atleast something to cool down ur system and harddrives. cpu cooler is only for cpu. tleast 2 fans is must have to cool down ur system properly. but for now leave ur case open and mabey if u have commercial wind blower in household put it next to pc and reply me if u get any differences in temperature. running your components at high temps shortens their lifespan signifficaly
